Eligibility criteria:
The candidate should possess or have at least 25 years experience in Public Administration including experience at the level of Secretary or corresponding in the government of India or from among the persons who have at least 25 years experience in an International or Indian Public Institution or from among the persons of exceptional merit and track record at the national/international level in the relevant field.
Age limit:
The candidate applying for the post of Deputy Governor should not be more than 60 years of age as on 24th July 2019.
Pay scale:
The pay scale of Deputy Governor is Rs.2, 25,000 (level 17).
Term of office:
The appointment will be for a period of 3 years, and the person will be eligible for re-appointment.

The candidates for Deputy Governor Post will be selected based on the interview.
