Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) is a multinational Indian oil & gas company. Its primary stage headquarters was in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Currently, ONGC has gained the status of a corporation and has its headquarters at Deendayal Urja Bhavan, New Delhi. It is a government of India Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), and comes under the supervision of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. It is considered as largest oil and gas Exploration and Manufacture Company and also the largest profit making PSU in the country. The company produces around 70% of the country’s crude oil and 62% of its
natural gas.
