1.Well in the PI can they ask Technical Question i mean questions related to my engineering(ECE) , though i don't remember much not in touch for 3 years.
2.I have applied for pgditm (working in IT field for 30 months). My acads are good and extra curricular are fairly good, will they be given any weight-age.

I advise you to brush up your acads. Mine was similar profile like yours'. And i was literally grilled during the interviews with technical questions. Questions as remote as "formula for bit rate and baud rate" were bombarded to me

I agree my friend but we are missing one important point here .As quoted by you what happens if tomorrow someone starts fighting for their benefit - but this is exactly where this movement stands out. Nobody is aspiring for any reservation , nobody wants to be in the Lokpal body ;everybody wants only one thing : a strong ombudsman for the nation.Moreover this movement is supported by middle class ,educated middle class.I went to support the movement at Ramlila maidan ,I won't even think of going if it is the next Gujjar reservation stint or a minority quota gimmick.Will anyone from this group even think of supporting any such movement ? Public sentiments of a mob are easily playable. 1 9/11 happens and every american is ready to support whatever the government does in name of "anti terrorism", which may result in Guantanamoes. 1 26/11 is enough to make people blind to see ill effects of draconian laws and may result in POTAs.

What we are speaking here is in macro level. Its not about what you would support. Its about letting a constitutional set up being challenged by a mob. Mob behaviour is irrational. Who can vouch for its wisdom? Not me atleast.

i dont agree with second point of yours.. i accept tat anna has changed many things because of his movements but that doesn't mean he shld order the government to do something.. here we didn't find anything wrong since this is for a good cause.. consider a case when there is a similar fast conducted by thousands of people to resolve an issue in favor of them by passing some acts and a fast at the same time by another group of people who wants the same issue to be resolved in their favor.. so government will accept only after detailed analysis of the issue.. same is happening in this lokpal issue.. the pblm here is most people are satisfied with the government's draft and thats d reason there is a huge support for anna's fast..

Huge support for something doesnt mean that the thing is democratic..

I guess yesterday's events can justify that the BJP and other opposition
parties are just cashing in on anna's agitation to score points...

Anna on the other hand is still continuing with the fast despite the fact
that he is suffering from viral fever and has 102 fever..
this shows his true character..

its about time that team anna considers the bill to be pased in the
next session so more dicussions can be done...

Nothing in the world is perfect. It takes time for perfection. In that context, holding the country ransom by threatening to go on an indefinite fast is nothing less anarchy.

With due respect, who is Mr . Hazare to dictate parliament his own version of bill?? If his team really think they are "people's voice", why dont they fight elections?? That is the proper way to be the voice of people. Voice of Bharat is not just voice of Facebookers and Twitterers.

While the current bill tabled by the government cannot be termed the best draft, there were many valid questions raised in the house. One of the valid observations was the authority of Lokpal. No institution should be the big daddy of all . People power is supreme in a democracy.
