Don't be discouraged by a ding. We have people in our class (CO2013) who got in on the 3rd attempt. Use the detailed feedback option provided by ISB to see where you could have done better.

It can be the same incident. However it would be to your benefit if the recommendation highlights a different strength. So, you may write about resilience while the recommendation talks about quick thinking. Each applicant will have a variety of strengths.. You want to make sure all your strengt...
