Guys, which score is considered for admissions for engineering graduates?

I am from University of Pune. The degree which we receive has only final year marks which in my case is 65 % . However,my aggregate of all semesters is around 58.3 . UoP does not consider the aggregate and the BE degree is awarded based on final 2 semester marks. Same is the case with Mumbai University.pls tell me which score should i consider for admissions? the score on which the university has awarded the degree or the aggregate percentage.

For ex. for FMS the eligibilty criteria is

Medicine, Engineering or Technology – 60% / CGPA of at least 6 on a scale of 10

Am i eligible or not?

Three towns Alepy, Bistel, and Galactus are equidistant from each other. If my car is three miles from Alepy and four miles from Galactus, what is the maximum possible distance of the car from Bistel? Assume the land is flat.
