As Managing Editor of PaGaLGuY.com, you will be responsible for leading a young team of journalists and content writers and oversee the daily operations of the Editorial department and its channels (online, mobile, content partnerships, newsletters). Planning and operating the Editorial content platform in close engagement with our audience and maintaining world-class standards of quality, accuracy, analysis and integrity would be your key deliverable. Web and user interface designer

Primary Role

As Web and User Interface Designer, you will need to use the latest and most cutting-edge tools and methodologies to design winning web user interfaces on PaGaLGuY.com. You will be responsible for designing layouts of all our web applications based on rigorous analysis of the product and the users’ needs.  You will be working closely with the development and product design team to create cutting-edge web layouts using systematic User Centered and Interaction Design processes. Besides being a God with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, you will need to have basic skills in CSS and JavaScript. Knowledge/experience with tools such as Axure and Morae will give you extra points.

We need you to have a keen and tasteful visual and design sense and aesthetics and have an active interest in other kinds of arts, such as photography, sketching or painting. You should be aware of the importance of Usability and User Interaction in design and be obsessed with attention to detail. If you are the kind who likes to argue over every single pixel, we need you now!

You will be responsible for designing all our all banners, t-shirts, posters, logos, pamphlets and other marketing collateral. You would also be contributing to the creative communication of PaGaLGuY including whacky t-shirt designs, brochures and booklets and outdoor banners. Occasionally, there would be the odd web-banner creation job.

Front End Developer
