It is not very insightful to mention that one must arrive at a right mix of... As that can come from anyone and not someone as insightful as you Abhishek.

One does not learn based on what suits him or the team that he manages. The wrong assumption is that he manages a team. What does he do while he manages?? Supervise? This is what I can call the historical perception that governs our learning patterns adn I guess it will be the same for you too..It is the same for many.

The challenge is to come out of this bondage, look around, and figure out the learning process that will scale, take you to much greater heights of brainwave, and will ask you not to follow "saam, daam, dand, bhed" blindly. If Shri Chanakya did not think out of the box with his learning (thru all those years), he would not have devised this process. Maybe it is time you think of things beyond the process.

Thanks for your post!!

Soumik Da ka gyaan!!! :sigh: One koschan, what about "saam-daam-dand-bhed" then? I feel that one must arrive at the right mix of both adhoc and need-based learning which suits him or the people he manages. What say, Soumik Da??
