The competition is open only to Indian residents. |

This competition is open to PaGaLGuY.com registered members only. Employees of FulMarxx as well as PaGaLGuY.com are simply not eligible. |

| 3. |
There is NO ENTRY FEE for participation in the competition. |
| |
|
| 4. |
You need to make a short film based on an original story/concept. You need to use your mobile phone for shooting. |
| |
|
| 5. |
The maximum duration of the short film should be 3 minutes. However, opening titles and end credits will not be counted in these 3 minutes. |

| 6. |
There is no restriction on the number of short films you submit to the festival. However, each film needs to be submitted separately. |
| |
|
| 7. |
The film should not have been released or published anywhere online (No You Tube, Google Video etc), video or television prior to the festival. Such submissions will be rejected immediately. |

| 8. |
The format for your submission should be in one of the following AIV, Flv, 3GP, MPEG . Your film will not be considered for the competition if submitted in any other format. |

| 9. |
Just copy and paste the Submission Form , fill in the details and paste this form in an email, attach your film in either of the following formats AIV, Flv, 3GP, MPEG and email it to us at mobilefest@fulmarxx.net. |

| 10. |
Please do not zip your movie and please do not send us any other extension files other than AIV, Flv, 3GP, MPEG |

| 11. |
Entries will be accepted between February 14th to April 10th ,2008. |

| 12. |
In case you are sending more than one short film, please use a separate email for each film. |
| |
