Manj1985 posted 14 hours ago Hello PGites, I have been a mute observer of this forum over the years. PG helped me a lot during my pre-MBA days. Now, as a return to the community, I am thinking of creating an app for the users to practise tests in their mobile devices or through web. Though there are already number of sources available, there is not a single one where one can customize the tests as per ones requirements. I faced this issue. For now, I am not even sure that users will want it. So, PGites, if you think such an app might be useful for you, please fill in the short survey and help me shape the app features. Even if you are not interested, it will be extremely helpful if you could go to the survey and f... Read More » -

revalea posted 6 days ago Working on your Investment Investments are not made in a jiffy. Why should they be, when it takes all their life savings for most persons to make an buying into? For more persons, making an investment is a one time thing. A decision about investments should be taken only after contemplating the market status, The rate of returns, the cost for binding up funds and exit choices as well. While there are several modalities through which one can make an buying into like real land parcel, mutual funds, stock, protection designs etc...Not all of them suit everyone. You have to find out what matches your earnings and what gives you the greatest benefit for the buying into you make. It is also absolutely vital to consider the risk involved when making an buying into design.Futures Trading academy | Share Trading Company | Make Money With Investments -

Villgrofellowship posted 1 week ago In today's interconnected and globalised world, you might already think you know a lot about India and its culture. Perhaps your company has foreign direct investments here, your portfolio may likely have some BRIC stocks, maybe your foundation donates for projects in India, you possibly have Indian friends. However nothing actually beats being here. Living and working here, allows one to gain insights into Indian culture, its people, and learn nuances on how business is conducted.-Aparna a current Villgro Fellow. fighter21 posted 1 week ago Making sterner laws and policies is a different matter, but what can be done to actually prevent such crimes? The upbringing of a child, specially a male child is a very important step. The inherent attitude of looking at a female as an object of physical satisfaction, needs to be checked by none other than the parents! As a male child attains puberty, he should be taught about basic etiquette and mannerism for his behavior and attitude towards girls. Respecting them is too much to ask, unless the lady is their own sister or mother, but the basic idea that a girl is just another human as he is, she has a life and a purpose just like a boy has. And she is not just a piece of sexual satisfaction. She can choose her partner, choose to marry or not . Basically it's her wish that also matters. This is the basic thing which needs to be inculcated into every boy, since childhood to prevent brutal sexual crimes. -
