varun worked for 24 days and finished 2/3 of work . rest 1/3 arun acn do in 10 days . so he will join after 14 days

speed of person = y

therefore, speed of friend = 2y

time taken by friend to take x steps = time taken by person to take (x-4-7)=x-11 steps.

therefore ,

x/2y = (x-11)/y ...... (1)

solving 1 we get

x= 22.

therefore total no. of steps = 22.

Hence, Priyanka, takes time 3t/2, to move 75 steps with speed x

Hence, Z = 3X/5

Substitute z = 3X/5 in; [x-z]3t/2 = 150.

We get X = 120.
