The cyclist covered 25/3 kms in 20 mins. The car started 12 minutes after the cyclist. Thus the car covers 25 kms in 24 minutes.

When the cyclist meets the car again, the car would have travelled 30 + 2x in 30/25 hours or 72 mins. Hence 30 + 2x/72 = 25/24, x = 22.5

Total distance = 8.33 + 30 + 22.5 = 60.83. (Weird number, am I wrong somewhere?)
