I have been using PG since some time now, but pretty confused with the new site. Isn't the 'Advanced search' available now? If not then how do I search within specific sections of the forum, or within an individual thread?

my 2 queries abt the new version..
1)we had an option of advvanced search earlier wherein i cud put options like search in the order of the dates...how do i do that now?...do we have that feature?...the search option now gives the results in a garbled way
2)also, i had made different folders and saved my pms in the respective folders...now what i see in inbox are just the msgs that were there in the inbox and not the other folders...where did those msgs go?!...i had imp stuff/links in those which i dint save anywher else..someone plz guide

I am trying to upload an image of 30 kb and shows that my upload limit exceeds by 28 kb
is it because of my previous posts' attachments
if yes how can I remove them cause i have had almost 470 posts and to find which one has or not attachment would be tough

Answer is No to both the above questions on CAT and XAT as of now, unless any new notification comes on either.

As far as getting updates in the inbox is considered, you have an option of clicking on checkbox and getting mails once any post is made in the threads you have subscribed for. Here is the link for same http://www.pagalguy.com/forum/profile.php?do=editoptions. Under heading messages and notifications, you will find the option as said above.

Yes, there are electives related to these areas. Paychecks depend on the college one is in and the kind of companies visiting the campus for these profiles.

Might vary from anywhere between 7 lpa to 25-30 lpa.
