ab toh it doesn't happen that often but back in the time of orkut, oh boy...

so many friends i had, with whom i'd never met...n yet we used to chat on orkut for so long...different cities, once or twice even countries :D

we even used to decide that each of us would be available on a particular day b/w so n so hours...

i've lost the count of the friends that i had on orkut whom i'd never met n yet knew many things about each other...phn numbers b xchange huye the kuch se ...a few of them migrated to fb as well when the time came...

but most of them now, disappeared, forgotten...who knows where...

P.S. i dun think i need 2 mention that the majority of them were of the opposite sex

Which is your favorite section in the book store ? Any Book Recommendations from that section.

fav section would be definitely fiction(n that too ranging from classic to modern to fantasy)...it is the first section i hit to, whenever i visit landmark or any other book store...i see the new arrivals, see the books which i desire to read(add them to my wish-list ) if m with someone, then i'll give my expert comments on any book that person asks me about

recommendations- there is no end to recommendations in the fiction section...still, i'll mention some of my favs:-

1) The Godfather( for those who haven't read it; read it; leave everything else n read it; its a story of lifetime)

2) The Winner Stands Alone (Coelho 8 his best)

3) The count of Monte Cristo (a timeless classic)

4) Sherlock Holmes (although, i guess, most of us would have read it, but those who haven't, u'r definitely missing out a lot)

5) Midnight's Children (perhaps, the only book that i found really worthy of being a Booker winner; way superior in terms of quality as compared to white tiger, inheritance of loss or god of small things)

1 another book that i would recommend is Escape From Disaster by Peter Lerangis. it happens to be the second novel that i've read in my life and till date i have never found it in any of the book stores...it talks about a failed expedition to south pole in 1909 and the survival \of the crew thereafter with their courage, loyalty, self-beliefs tested...do read it, if u can find it...

loads of times...esp with unprivileged children...when u provide them with something to eat, the happiness that they radiate is amazing :)

crazy...would be playing along with small children of strangers on roads, public places etc :P

the only case which strikes my mind was a recent misunderstanding ( might be a sham or sth ) . i received one frnd request from a female ID asking random question ..do you know her. u stay there etc. after answering all her questions we reached a conclusion that she was searching for some other "Hitesh" ... but we continued our chat because i have a soft corner for opposite gender .. later I stopped going on FB for quite some time and even forget that ID .. .. I dnt know whether she's on my friend list or not now

In book store, my favorite section is where the books on cricket are lying.I usually don't read books unless i hear about it from someone (summary). I prefer fiction though..

While Travelling Bareilly to Lucknow Saw a Cute Baby Girl Age wasn't more than 6 years

Her facial Expressions ----->> ( Mom Dad Ne Danta tha ) and again they were trying to Cheer her up But Bandi nhi Hasi

I was a Silent Spectator then I made her happy, Spent a Great time with her and that was a Bliss . It really Feels Good when you're the one Reason behind Someone's smile

I usually do such kind of thing... let me post of a recent one which i can think abt rite now .

on 14th feb, the auspicious and most wanted day of lover-sovers and one of most hated and feeling-rejected day of a forever-alone ( like me ) ... dere were lots of heart-shaped balloons in my office. So I thought of picking one and giving it to a stranger gal ( obv. foreigner ) in the even when i will return from my office... this was my plan... everything happened just as i thot.. I picked up a balloon . i was playing with it on the roads.. my eyes were searching any gal in the road with a dil-ko-ghayal-kar-dene-wali smile..just like a predator search for its prey .. i was too much involved in my thots then suddenly out of nowhere .. a small child with his brother ( 1 year old might be ) carrying him in his arms poked me and said "bhaiya balloon de do "... i just said "bhag ja".. and i walked away... bt after going back 10-20 feets away from him.. i just called him back and gave him d ballon ... d spark in his small brother eyes were awesome n i was missing my camera..

d feeling of getting something after getting rejected straight in ur face is simply awesome..and i was witnessing that expression... !!

that is tough choice 2 make...

mujhe har season kisi na kisi reason se kafi pasand bhi h aur napasand bhi....but i guess both go together...

however, if i were 2 choose 1 fav season...it would be monsoon...the rainy season no doubt...

reasons...

plenty...

1) baarish me bheegna...i jus luv it...earlier i used 2 go on my roof and get wet in the rain...

2) baarish me coffee peene ka maza hi kuch aur hai ...an unparallel xperience...

3) long drive pe chall siriusly yaar, going on a drive when the rain is fallin z awesome...(here, i'm talking about bike, not a car :P)...once i drove 2 d top of a fly-over, parked my bike on the side n just spread my arms n embraced d rain...short of words 2 describe that feeling...

4) garma-garam pakode khana

5) pani me chap-chap krna ( yeah, i still do it )

6) n yes, kabhi its drizzling n ap kahin road k kinare khade ho kar garma-garam bhutta kahiye...maza aega

I think mai akela hoon jise summers pasand hai. :(

Reasons -
-Activity and frequency zyada rehti hai ghumne ki than winters. :)
-I wake up early in summers and start my day without feeling lazy than in winters.

-Fruits and Food varieties are more in summers than in winters.

-You can easily come late in nights after doing mast with friends than in winters.

Nahane ka thoda problem hai but it feels awesome after taking bath in summers that to twice a day.

Use to get different anti-summer heat drinks at home.. :sigh:
